Tech Lead for Search based using Sinequa
Description
Summary
- Sole Ownership: Independently own the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise search solutions utilizing AWS Kendra and transitioning to Sinequa.
- Search Engine Mastery: Mandatory expertise in both AWS Kendra and Sinequa, including data source integration, API management, and security.
- Relevancy Specialist: Lead and execute advanced relevancy tuning strategies (ranking, boosting, NLP techniques) to guarantee world-class search results and maximize user satisfaction.
- Self-Driven: Must be entirely self-sufficient to drive the entire technical roadmap, infrastructure optimization (AWS), and problem-solving without supervision. Must be familiar with working in Jira with both a Scrum mindset and methods.
- Must be available during PST working hours
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment, including but not limited to, computers, phones, and photocopiers.
Physical Demands
This position requires the frequent and repetitive use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse. Hand and finger dexterity is required.
